Article 2 – Identification of the Parties

The Client understands and agrees that written exchanges (including emails, messages, or form submissions) are strictly reserved for administrative, logistical, or technical matters related to bookings, payments, or access to services.

Such written communications do not constitute an individual session, therapeutic space, or ongoing support and may not be relied upon for emotional processing, crisis support, or personal accompaniment.

If the Client feels the need for support, clarification, or personal exploration, they agree to book an Individual Session or participate in a Group Session, as appropriate.

Life Cue Consulting does not provide support, guidance, or accompaniment through social media platforms or private messaging systems (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or direct messaging features).

Any messages received through such channels will not be treated as part of the accompaniment.

The Client agrees to communicate exclusively via the designated email address or through the official booking and contact systems made available on the website.

Acceptance through booking or continued use

When a Session, program, or Offer is booked or scheduled on behalf of the Client at their express request (including, where applicable, the scheduling of a subsequent session following a previous one), such booking constitutes confirmation of the Client’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, which they acknowledge having read and accepted prior to the initial booking.

By continuing to benefit from the services offered by Life Cue Consulting, the Client acknowledges that these General Terms and Conditions remain fully applicable to each new booking or participation, unless a substantial modification has been brought to their attention.

Updates to the Terms

Life Cue Consulting reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

In the event of a modification, the updated version will be made available on the website and, where appropriate, communicated to the Client by any suitable means (including email or reference in booking confirmations).

The General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Client are those in force on the date of the booking or purchase.

Continued use of the services after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5.3 Complementarity with the Waiver

Any waiver or intake document signed or acknowledged by the Client in connection with the services offered by Life Cue Consulting forms an integral part of the contractual relationship.

In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the present General Terms and Conditions and such waiver or intake document, the interpretation that is most protective of consent, safety, and responsibility shall prevail.

Article 6 – Nature of the Contract

The present Contract constitutes a contract for the provision of services and, where applicable, digital content, relating to well-being, personal development, and life consulting.

It is expressly understood that the services offered by Life Cue Consulting fall within the scope of non-regulated professional activities and do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic care.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose execution has begun before the end of the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period, with the Client’s express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal.

8.2 Digital content supplied without a physical medium

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium (including recorded content, online resources, or access to digital platforms), with the Client’s express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal.

This acknowledgment is collected prior to payment through a checkbox or any equivalent means during the booking or purchase process.

8.3 Exercise of the right of withdrawal

  • remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions throughout and following the services provided;

  • respect the intellectual property rights of Life Cue Consulting as defined in these Terms and Conditions.

The Client acknowledges that the services offered by Life Cue Consulting are subject to an obligation of means, and not an obligation of results, and that outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances and level of engagement.

  • inform the Client of any material difficulty that may arise in the delivery of the services;

Life Cue Consulting shall not be held responsible for the Client’s personal outcomes, decisions, or changes resulting from or following the services provided.

Its liability may only be engaged in the event of proven fault. It may not be held liable for bodily or moral damage resulting from chance events or a medical context. In any event, shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service concerned.

Article 10 – Access Restricted to Adults

The services offered by Life Cue Consulting are strictly reserved for adults.

Any booking, purchase, or participation by a minor is expressly prohibited, including with the consent or supervision of a legal guardian.

By booking a Session or purchasing an Offer, the Client declares that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Any false declaration regarding age engages the sole responsibility of the Client and may result in immediate termination of the Contract, without any refund of sums already paid.

Life Cue Consulting reserves the right to refuse or terminate any service if it appears that the Client does not meet the age requirement.

Article 11 – Booking Process

All bookings for Sessions are made by the Client via the online scheduling tool Calendly, accessible through the Life Cue Consulting website or via a direct booking link.

The booking process includes the following steps:

  • selection of the type of service;

  • selection of an available date and time;

  • completion of the required personal information;

  • acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions;

  • acceptance, where applicable, of any required waiver or informed consent document;

  • payment, where required, according to the conditions specified at the time of booking;

  • receipt of an automatic confirmation email summarizing the booking details and applicable modification or cancellation options.

Article 12 – Purchase of Services and Digital Content

Where Life Cue Consulting offers the purchase of services, packages, or digital content outside of individual session bookings, such purchases are made via the website or through a secure third-party payment platform.

The purchase process includes:

  • selection of the relevant service, package, or content;

  • provision of required personal and billing information;

  • acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions;

  • payment using the available payment methods;

  • receipt of a confirmation email.

Article 13 – Prices and Payment Terms

The prices of the Offers provided by Life Cue Consulting are indicated in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes, on the relevant booking or sales pages at the time of booking or purchase.

Payment is made using the payment methods made available at the time of booking or purchase.

Any booking or purchase becomes firm and definitive once payment has been validated, subject to the provisions of these terms.

The Client declares having the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.

Where payment in instalments is offered and chosen, the Client undertakes to respect the agreed payment schedule.

Any failure to meet a payment deadline results in immediate suspension of access to the services until the situation is regularized, without extending the duration of access. Suspension does not terminate the Contract nor cancel amounts due.

Late payments automatically incur late penalties equal to three times the legal annual interest rate.

A fixed recovery fee of forty (40) Euros applies in accordance with regulations.

Life Cue Consulting reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The prices applicable to the Client are those in force at the time of booking or purchase.

Article 14 – Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

14.1 Cancellation or Rescheduling at the Client’s Initiative

Any booking of an Individual Session or purchase of a product constitutes a firm and definitive commitment by the Client and and entails immediate execution of a service including access to digital content supplied without a physical medium.

The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.

No cancellation, termination, or refund will be accepted, regardless of cause, including personal impediment (illness, emotional difficulty, etc.), booking error, unavailability, force majeure of the Client, or any other circumstance, except where directly attributable to Life Cue Consulting.

Some bookings allow one rescheduling, provided it is made no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled time, exclusively via:

  • via the modification link included in the booking confirmation (Calendly), or

  • by written notice sent to life.cue.consulting@gmail.com.

Any rescheduling outside this method or timeframe is null and void.

In such cases, the session is considered due and forfeited, with no refund or further rescheduling.

A Session is also considered as fully due and non-refundable in the event of:

  • non-attendance by the Client;

  • late arrival resulting in a shortened Session;

  • technical or connectivity issues on the Client’s side;

  • any circumstance preventing attendance that is not directly attributable to Life Cue Consulting.

The Client expressly acknowledges that these conditions are justified by the individualized and time-specific nature of the services, that they are necessary to ensure clarity and fairness, and that they have been clearly communicated and accepted prior to booking, including through the waiver and informed consent documents.

14.2 Cancellation at the Initiative of Life Cue Consulting

In exceptional circumstances, Life Cue Consulting may cancel or reschedule a Session.

The Client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative date.

If no alternative date can be agreed upon, any amounts paid in advance for the cancelled Session will be refunded.

Article 15 – Lateness

In the event of lateness by the Client, the Session will end at the originally scheduled time, and the delay will be deducted from the Session duration.

Any delay exceeding twenty (20) minutes is considered a canceled session and treated as such according to the terms of Article 14.

In the event of lateness by Life Cue Consulting, the Session will be extended by the duration of the delay or rescheduled, by mutual agreement.

Article 16 – Duration of the Contract

The present Contract enters into force upon acceptance by the Client and remains in effect until completion of the services booked or purchased.

Certain provisions, by their nature, shall survive the termination of the Contract, including those relating to liability, intellectual property, and confidentiality.

Article 17 – Termination of the Contract

17.1 Principle of Amicable Resolution

In the event of difficulty or disagreement relating to the execution of the Contract, the Parties shall, where possible, seek to resolve the matter amicably through written communication before considering termination.

17.2 Termination by the Client

Only a case of force majeure, as defined in Article 20 of the present Contract, resulting in the total inability of the Client to benefit from the services, may justify termination of the Contract by the Client.

In such a case, the Client must notify and justify their intention to terminate the Contract by written notice, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by any equivalent written means allowing proof of receipt, to the contact details indicated by Life Cue Consulting.

If the case of force majeure is duly justified and recognized, the Contract shall be terminated and any recurring or automatic payment arrangement suspended.

Where the Client has paid in advance for services not yet performed, reimbursement shall be made on a pro rata basis, corresponding to the services not yet delivered.

Termination of the Contract by the Client does not give rise to any refund of services already delivered, missed, or due under the present Contract, including those governed by the cancellation policy set out in Article 14.

17.3 Termination by Life Cue Consulting

Life Cue Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Contract, with immediate effect where necessary, without being required to justify its decision, and without giving rise to any refund for services already performed.

  • the Client fails to comply with the present General Terms and Conditions, including agreed payment obligations (non-payment or repeated late payment);

  • circumstances arise which, in the professional judgment of Life Cue Consulting, render continuation of the accompaniment inappropriate, unethical, or unsafe.

Termination shall be notified to the Client by email, and any recurring or automatic payment arrangements shall be suspended where applicable.

In the event of termination by Life Cue Consulting, sums paid in advance shall remain due for services already delivered.

Where applicable, any unused Sessions not yet delivered may be reimbursed on a pro rata basis, at the sole discretion of Life Cue Consulting.

17.4 No Obligation of Continuity

The Client acknowledges that Life Cue Consulting is not subject to any obligation to ensure continuity of services beyond the Sessions or services expressly booked and paid for.

Termination of the Contract does not give rise to any compensation, damages, or indemnity of any kind, beyond the provisions expressly set out in the present article.

Termination shall be notified t

Life Cue Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Contract, with immediate effect if necessary, in the event of:

  • behavior that is inappropriate, unsafe, or incompatible with the nature of the services offered;

  • non-compliance with the present General Terms and Conditions;

  • non-payment or repeated late payment;

  • circumstances indicating that continuation of the accompaniment would not be appropriate or safe.

In such cases, no refund shall be due for services already provided. Termination will be notified by email and recurring payments (if applicable) suspended.

The Client may terminate the Contract by discontinuing the use of the services, subject to the financial commitments already entered into.

Article 18 – Confidentiality and Personal Data

Life Cue Consulting treats all information shared by the Client in the context of the services with care and discretion.

Subject to applicable legal obligations, information exchanged during the course of the services is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent.

Confidentiality may be lifted where required by law, or where there is a serious and imminent risk to the safety of the Client or others.

Personal data collected in connection with the services is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy of Life Cue Consulting, available on the website.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the present Contract and provides detailed information regarding the purposes of processing, legal bases, data retention periods, third-party service providers, and the rights of the Client in relation to their personal data.

Article 19 – Intellectual Property

All content made available by Life Cue Consulting, including written, audio, video, and digital materials, remains the exclusive property of Life Cue Consulting.

The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for strictly private purposes.

Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, or commercial use of such content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

Access credentials provided to the Client are personal and confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

Article 20 – Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, as defined by French law.

In the event of force majeure, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

Services already delivered, as well as access already granted, remain due and are not refundable.

Article 21 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The present Contract is governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably through written communication.

Where applicable, the Client may have recourse to a consumer mediation mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

Failing amicable resolution, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts under common law rules.

Article 22 – Modification of the General Terms and Conditions

Life Cue Consulting reserves the right to modify the present General Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version applicable to the Client is that in force on the date of booking or purchase.

In the event of a substantial modification affecting an ongoing contractual relationship, the Client will be informed by any appropriate means.

Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
